In 2019, the 11th Latin-American Conference on Communications (LATINCOM 2019) returns to Brazil. In this year LATINCOM will be held in Salvador, Bahia. Salvador is one of the most beautiful cities in Brazil and also a well known international tourist destination.

The IEEE LATINCOM is an international conference organized by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Latin America Region. IEEE LATINCOM is the most important conference on communications in Latin America it is held annually and attracts submissions and participants from all around the world.
